Important Notice regarding KlayFi LaunchPad

1.Deadline for participating KlayFi LaunchPad

• The deadline for KlayFi LaunchPad participation is July 25, 2021, at 18:00 (KST).
• The last snapshot will take place on the same date/time.
• Users may deposit additional assets (KLAYswap LP) after the deadline. But there will be NO rewards for deposits between the last snapshot and the official launch date. The reason is that the team needs time to prepare the 1st $KFI rewards distribution for KlayFi LaunchPad participants.

2. Extra $KFI rewards distribution

• There will be extra $KFI rewards to LaunchPad participants for their great contribution.
• There will be an extension of time from July 26, 2021, 15:00 (KST) to July 27, 2021, 0:00 (KST). Therefore extra $KFI rewards will be distributed for depositing additional 9 hours.
• Extra rewards for an additional 9 hours follow the same distribution schedule. 20% = launching date / 30% = launching date + 30 days / 50% = launching date + 60 days. Extra rewards will be given for deposits before July 25, 2021, 18:00 (KST)

3. The 1st $KFI rewards distribution for LaunchPad participants

• 20% of the KFI rewards will be distributed on the launching date for each participant.
• Distribution time will be on July 26, 2021, at 15:00 (KST).
• If the official launch of the protocol is delayed, the 1st rewards distribution will be delayed as well.
• Rewards distribution occurs via smart contract.
• Since there are many LaunchPad participants, rewards will be distributed in twice. But we expect there will be no time difference.

4. Providing the liquidity of $KFI

• Prior to its official launch, the liquidity of KFI will be provided into KLAY-KFI Pool.
• There will be price fluctuations by providing liquidity to the Pool.
• The exact time of providing liquidity to the Pool will be decided considering the price fluctuation.
• The amount of liquidity will be announced later depending on the market situation.

1.KlayFi LaunchPad 참여마감 안내

• 7/25(일) 18시 기준으로 KlayFi LaunchPad 참여가 마감됩니다.
• 해당 시점을 기준으로 최종 스냅샷이 완료됩니다.
• 해당 시점이후에도 자산(KLAYswap LP) 예치는 추가로 가능하나, 최종 스냅샷 이후부터 정식 출시일사이에 추가로 예치한 자산에 대해서는 $KFI 보상이 제공되지 않으니 유의 바랍니다.
• 이는 KlayFi LaunchPad 참여자들에게 배분될 1차 $KFI 보상 준비를 위한 프로세스로인 점 참고 바랍니다.

2. $KFI 보상 추가 지급

• KlayFi LaunchPad에 참여해주신 커뮤니티의 KlayFi 프로토콜 기여에 대한 보답으로, 참여자 $KFI 보상이 추가로 지급됩니다.
• 기존 7/26(월) 정식 출시일 15시까지 참여 시간 기준으로 배분량이 계산되어 배포 될 예정이었으나, 해당일 24시 기준으로 확대하여 지급됩니다.
• 이에 따라 실질 예치시간 대비, 약 9시간을 추가로 예치한만큼의 보상이 추가로 지급됩니다.
• 해당 보상 역시, 정식 출시일 20%, 정식 출시일+30일 30%, 정식 출시일+60일 50%가 지급됩니다.
• 본 추가 보상 역시 7/25(일) 18시까지 예치한 자산에 한하여 적용됩니다.

3. KlayFi LaunchPad 참여 보상 $KFI 1차 배분 정보

• 참여자별 지급 예정된 보상의 20%가 정식 출시일에 1차 배분됩니다.
• 배분 시간은 정식 출시 예정시간과 동일하게 7/26(월) 15시를 전후하여 진행됩니다.
• 정식 출시가 연기될 경우 $KFI 1차 배분 역시 연기됩니다.
• 보상 배분은 스마트컨트랙트를 통해 이루어집니다.
• KlayFi LauchPad 참여자 인원이 다수인 관계로 2차례 이상으로 나누어 배분을 위한 스마트 컨트랙트가 배포 될 예정이나, 보상 수령시기는 거의 차이가 없을 것입니다.

4. $KFI 유동성 제공 관련

• 정식 출시에 앞서 KLAY-KFI풀에 $KFI 유동성이 제공 될 예정입니다.
• 유동성 제공에 따라 현재 테스트 Pool의 가격에 변동이 생길 수 있으니 참고 바랍니다.
• 유동성 제공 시점은 테스트 Pool의 가격 변동성을 고려하여 정식 출시 직전에 진행됩니다.
• 유동성 제공량은 추후 공지 예정입니다.
